P90X Day 25 & 26

Yesterday was Stretch. I was surprised that it was easier to stretch today, quite a bit more limber. I am going to have to credit that to the fact that there was No Legs & Back this week. Legs & Back is the hardest workout for me, most strain on my muscles.

Today; Cardio. I worked late last night, no dinner until 9:00 pm. I even debated not eating then. But I knew that this morning I would need some carbs to burn off. Boy, I noticed a Big difference! It was all but impossible to get through the routine. I was drained from not sleeping well, probably because of eating so late. Crashing from not eating enough yesterday. And mentally not wanting to carry on. That was difficult! BUT I did make it through!

Tomorrow Yoga. Bring on the Crane!

Sunday I get to measure, weigh, and take pics. Looking forward to seeing the results. I am not getting my hopes up for drastic results. I am just happy that I am stronger and able to get lower in squats, pull higher resistance bands, do countless push ups, and have good form. That is rewarding enough.
