P90X Day 24 - "Kenpo"

Okay, it has been awhile since I have blogged. No, I did not skip the days, just too busy to sit down and write.

I am on a recovery week, week 4. This week is focused on Cardio workouts, no weights. What I am finding strange for being a cardio freak is that I miss the weights! Mostly I miss the Ab Ripper X. Yoga Belly is not cutting it, I need that fix. I think I am going to sneak off in a corner and do some Mason Twists. No one would be the wiser.

Today was Kenpo. Like always, love it! I find that if I make that noise, it helps with the intensity and breathing. Hips are much stronger. They use to pop in and out with the high ball kicks and side kicks, but not any longer.

Don't know what is in store for me tomorrow, I hope it is intense.

P.S. Last week, Yoga X... I was able to hold Crane for 15 seconds before falling on my face. I got back up and kept on going, 10-15 seconds at a time. Next time I will use a pillow. Maybe then I could hold it longer, not being afraid to flatten my nose.

Nice job Malena. I'm feeling a bit better today and back at work. Here's to hoping I can get my modified schedule in for this week without having to postpone everything a week.
