P90X Day 19 - 'Legs & Back', 'Ab Ripper X'

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday, all whimpering about not able to finish another 30 minutes, and today I could not push any harder! Man, I brought it. Legs trembling, burning, aching. Those wall squats, I nailed them. MOMMY!!!! And the one legged wall squats, Pure, Sweet, Unmistakably Blissful PAIN... But oh, so beautiful! I made it through all but 5 seconds. Screamed a little. Bit my lip a lot. But made it through LOWER and Longer than any other time.
Back, still working the 100lb. bands. But I held the bottom longer. Still able to do 15 reps. Added a few on the second round, just for Sh*ts and Giggles. Feel the burn... Very proud of myself. I was always weaker in my back than any other body part. Three weeks ago I would Not attempt to do any of these moves, but now I am very confident. My next move is to walk into the gym and try a full pull-up. Wish me luck!
Abs, what can I say, love them! I spoke with Brad two days ago. He mentioned that Tony spoke a bit in between reps, and just push through them. I was able to get out 5 more reps while he yapped. Very nice! Thanks for the Tip!
I need to get a camera and answer some of the great videos that I have seen. Jayson Campos is always great, the King of Shavasana! John Kopecky and his Mason Twist! And there is Rachel Heibel, my G*d Girl, you are a Rock Star!
