I guess time flies by when you are having fun. The program is great! I was afraid that the pictures would not show any difference from Day 0, but if I look closely, you can see some results. Got your magnifier out? Kidding.
Not much of weight loss over the weeks. Hey, it works! Follow the system and you will lose weight, but I will make one suggestion, go on to www.beachbody.com to calculate your caloric intake. The book is not as accurate. (Thank you Brad for the tip!) I learned that lesson three weeks too late. BUT, I am still Very grateful for losing three pounds in the past week. I am on track now.
Inches... lost lots of those. Everywhere!
Waist -1"
Hips -1"
Upper Arms -1/2" each
Forearms -1/4" each
Thighs -3/4" each
Calves -1/4" each
Strength... great improvement. MOST of all I notice a Huge improvement in the amount of weight I can lift/pull, amount of squats/push ups/pull ups I can push myself to do, amount of time holding positions, etc. This Program Rocks!
I mixed up the program a little; switched out my Cardio for Plyo. Going to try to do the Bonus Rounds this month. I cannot wait to see what my 60 days brings!

Thanks for this update. I'm doing P90X too and was discouraged about not seeing any significant weight reduction at 6 weeks... I have lost 3 inches in my waist, but everything else was 1/4 inch loss, if that. I'm glad to know my numbers are in line with someone elses. Perhaps the program is working after all! I know I feel more fit, but I was really just focused on the numbers...
I'm just curious of your progress on P90X now and your weight loss. I noticed that someone posted in 2008....so just curious if you have kept the weight off.
I'm getting ready to start P90 tomorrow and I'm a little scared because of how tough the program is. YOu had great progress in 30 days! That motivated me to WANT to do this tomorrow!! Thank you!
