Sweat, sweet sweat! Say that one 10 times fast...
Always love Cardio days, no complaints from me, at least on the workout today.
I do have to complain on the lack of loss; weight that is. Nothing, nada, nil. Not that I was expecting anything, although I was. I have bee on a plateau for the past two to three weeks. And I thought that when I started a new workout routine, I would see something. You know, mixing it up a little, muscle confusion.
I often wonder if I should have just started with the Classic Program, instead of the Lean. I'll admit, I was scared. I didn't take it lightly when this program was delivered with a warning of getting ripped. Really, I didn't think that I was up for the Classic yet.
No crying over spilt milk after all, this is not going to be the only time I do this program. Slow and steady has always been my motto. No use rushing things...
I DID NOT GET TO THIS POINT OVER NIGHT... AND I WILL NOT GET TO WHERE I WANT TO BE ANY FASTER!!!
