Before the Begining

Some may have caught that I have been working out for 1 year already. Here is the short story. I really have been working out since January 1st. No, this was not a New Years resolution, I just happened to get fed up at that time. I have always been active, and started to become sluggish. I could not find a pair of pants that I liked. I was horrified that I was in the largest size I have ever purchased. Debating to switch over to the sweat pants, I had almost given up on myself. HORRIBLE!!!

That was a very low moment in my life. So, I hit rock bottom. At least there is only one way from there; UP!

I turned to my hubby and said, "I am done with it all. I am going to the gym tomorrow morning." And have ever since. Just waking up every morning was my motivation. I am also a modified veggie. I eat eggs and seafood. Modifying my diet to include more protein and More Calories has helped me drop pounds fast. See, it is not always that people choose the wrong food; Just the wrong food for them. I highly recommend studying proper nutrition!
I have gone down 4 pant sizes, 2 shirt sizes, and one-half shoe size. Can't figure out how that last one fits in. I have more energy. I love my new problem; higher clothes bill. I'm constantly purchasing a smaller size.
